Andy’s House Health and Home Services

Andy’s House Health and Home Services (“Andy’s House,” “we,” “us”) provides non-emergency medical and non-medical transportation in Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, book a ride, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message — and what we do with it.
Information We Collect
- Contact and booking information: name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip dates and times, and the type of service you request.
- Health-related trip information: details you choose to share so we can serve you safely — for example, mobility needs, wheelchair use, appointment type, or facility instructions. We collect only what we need to provide your transportation
. - Payment information: processed by our payment processor Intuit (QuickBooks Payments); Andy’s House does not store full card numbers. Donations to the Wheels of Change Fund are processed by Donorbox, subject to Donorbox’s own privacy policy.
- Communications: the content of emails, text messages, contact-form submissions, and call notes, so we can respond and keep an accurate record of your trip arrangements.
- Website usage: standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and general location, collected via Google Analytics and cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser.
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, confirm, perform, and invoice your transportation services.
- To send trip communications: booking confirmations, driver pick-up notifications, reminders, and schedule changes — by phone, email, or text, based on how you contacted us or the preferences you set.
- To respond to questions, quotes, and service requests.
- To coordinate with your medical facility or caregiver when needed to complete your trip safely.
- To improve our services and website.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Consent
By providing your mobile number when booking, filling out a form, or texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Andy’s House related to your service — booking confirmations, driver arrival notifications, reminders, rescheduling, and replies to your questions.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to end messages. Reply HELP for help, or call 720-420-9095.
- Message frequency varies based on your trips. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
- Marketing texts, if any, are sent only with your separate express consent — booking a ride never signs you up for marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (e.g., our texting service provider).
When We Share Information
- Service providers who help us operate: our scheduling and dispatch software, texting/email providers, payment processor, and website host — each only receives what it needs to do its job.
- Your care team, meaning the medical facility, discharge planner, or caregiver involved in the trip you booked — limited to trip logistics.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our clients and staff.
That’s the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How We Protect and Keep Information
- Access to client information is limited to staff who need it to schedule and perform your trips.
- Vehicles use Samsara GPS and dash-camera systems for safety and accountability; footage and location data are retained for 30 days under our safety program.
- We retain booking and communication records as needed for business, insurance, and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely.
Your Choices & Rights
- Ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion (subject to records we must keep by law) — call 720-420-9095 or email information@andys.house.
- Opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link or reply) at any time without affecting your ability to book by phone.
- Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; contact us with any request and we will honor applicable rights.
Children
Our website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children online. Trip information for minors is provided by a parent or guardian.
